Join Catholic Social Services, Archdiocese of Wellington for a Community Seminar on Understanding Change, Loss, and Grief. It will be a safe and supportive space to explore these experiences and gain insights into how grief affects us and those around us.

📍 Location: Newtown Community Centre – Te Whare Hapori o Ngā Puna Waiora (corner of Colombo Street & Rintoul Street in Newtown, Wellington)
💰 Cost: $40 (includes a workbook and light refreshments)

Participants will have the chance to:
✅ Examine the meaning of grief
✅ Review the range of changes and losses experienced in life
✅ Reflect on the relationship between change, loss, grief, and behaviour
✅ Understand grief reactions and the factors that influence them
✅ Identify different styles of grieving
✅ Explore strategies of empowerment, including the role of choice in the grief journey and the importance of networks of supports
